Holiday season is here, and you know what that means—spending time with loved ones, sharing good times and good food. Did that last bit give you pause? Living with IBS (and other gut-related diseases) can make navigating holiday meals difficult.

FODMAPeveryday puts the, “lusciousness and excitement back into your meals.” Their goal is to give you the knowledge and confidence to shop for foods that are delicious, nutritious, and won't trigger your IBS symptoms. They want you to, “love food again, because the food you are eating is loving you back.” They’ve got plenty of refreshing drink recipes to choose from too; we’re fans of their Ginger Pomegranate Pear Sparkler (non-alcoholic).
