Low FODMAP Holiday Recipes

Holiday season is here, and you know what that means—spending time with loved ones, sharing good times and good food. Did that last bit give you pause? Living with IBS (and other gut-related diseases) can make navigating holiday meals difficult.


Luckily, low FODMAP recipes are here to save the day (and your gut)! We’ve put together a list of some of our favorites to help you plan a wonderful holiday meal, all the way from appetizers to dessert and drinks.
