Visbiome GI Care may contain trace amounts of milk. Visbiome GI Care is lactose-free. When using the most sensitive analytical method available, no lactose was found in Visbiome. Lactose was not detectable in amounts greater than 50 parts per million (PPM).

Best Solution for IBS-D

I've tried a lot of different probiotics and supplements for my chronic IBS-D flair-ups and nothing seems to help limit the frequency of the flair-ups. 3 months in, I've only had one flair-up and it didn't last as long as before. Typically, it would be at least once a month and cause issues for 3-7 days...now it was only 2-3 days. I'll update if it stops working.

Been taking it for years
