Questions About Your Shipping?
A confirmation email will be sent once your Visbiome order has been placed. You will receive a second email with a tracking number once your order has been prepared for shipping.
If your order is placed after our shipping cut offs for the week (more information on our schedule above*) it will be pre-packed by our distribution center and kept cold under controlled conditions over the weekend. It will then be picked up by FedEx on our next available shipping day, typically a Monday. FedEx tracking estimates delivery based on when the label is created and the method of shipping, it does not coincide with our shipping policy. Orders are generally delivered in 2-3 business days but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after Monday evening.

Provide Physical Address
A physical address must be provided when ordering. Our delivery service does not deliver to post-office boxes. Additional shipping charges may apply if your order is undeliverable.
No Signature Required
Signatures are not required for delivery. However, delivery is at the discretion of the delivery driver to leave your package at your door. ExeGi is not responsible for stolen orders.
