Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping is the default option for standard online orders.* We offer temperature-controlled shipping to help ensure product quality year-round. Because transit times and weather conditions vary, our shipping schedule may adjust during summer and winter months. If an order is scheduled to ship on a holiday it will ship the next eligible business day.
*Free shipping is for the contiguous U.S. only. We no longer ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or locations outside the contiguous U.S.
Standard Shipping (Free)
• Orders placed Monday–Wednesday before 11:00 AM ET will typically ship the same day.
• Orders placed Wednesday–Sunday after 11:00 AM ET may be held and shipped the following week, depending on transit time and temperature conditions.
Delivery Timeframes
• Most orders are delivered within 2–3 days after shipping.
• We primarily ship using residential delivery services that may include weekend delivery, as well as business delivery services that deliver Monday–Friday.
Important Notes
• To protect product quality, some orders placed later in the week may be held to avoid extended transit over the weekend.
• Because shipping methods are selected based on location, weather, and delivery timing, we are unable to guarantee in advance which carrier service will be used or the exact ship date.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with the most accurate delivery details.
Expedited Shipping ($29.99)
Expedited shipping follows a consistent schedule and is not affected by seasonal shipping adjustments:
• Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 11:00 AM ET will ship the same day.
• Orders placed Monday–Wednesday after 11:00 AM ET will ship the next business day.
• Orders placed Thursday–Sunday after 11:00 AM ET will ship on Monday.

Questions About Your Shipping?
A confirmation email will be sent once your Visbiome order has been placed. You will receive a second email with a tracking number once your order has been prepared for shipping.
If your order is placed after our shipping cut offs for the week (more information on our schedule above*) it will be pre-packed by our distribution center and kept cold under controlled conditions over the weekend. It will then be picked up by FedEx on our next available shipping day (excluding holidays). FedEx tracking estimates delivery based on when the label is created and the method of shipping, it does not coincide with our shipping policy. Orders are generally delivered in 2-3 business days but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
To Ensure Secure, Swift Delivery:
Provide Physical Address
A physical address must be provided when ordering. Our delivery service does not deliver to post-office boxes. Additional shipping charges may apply if your order is undeliverable.
No Signature Required
Signatures are not required for delivery. However, delivery is at the discretion of the delivery driver to leave your package at your door. ExeGi is not responsible for stolen orders.
