Get answers to common questions about the program.

What is the Visbiome Practice Advantage Program?

The Visbiome Practice Advantage Program gives approved practices a simple way to help appropriate patients purchase eligible Visbiome products directly from Visbiome.com. Participating practices receive a unique referral link a patient savings code and approved materials to share with patients.

Who is eligible to participate?

The program is intended for healthcare providers and practices that may recommend or support the use of Visbiome. Examples include, but are not limited to, functional medicine physicians, naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, integrative and longevity clinics, registered dietitians, health coaches, nutritionists, and acupuncturists. All applications are subject to validation and approval by ExeGi Pharma.

How does the program work?

Practices apply and agree to the Program terms, after which ExeGi Pharma reviews the application. Approved practices receive a unique referral link patient savings code for eligible purchases directly through Visbiome.com, along with ready-to-use materials to share with patients; Visbiome handles patient orders, payment, and temperature-controlled fulfillment.

What participation options are available?

There are two options:
Patient savings-only: Your patients can access available savings, but your practice does not earn payments.

Margin-enabled: Your practice may earn payments on eligible patient orders credited to your link or code. Choose this option only where the law and your professional obligations allow it.

What do patients receive through the program?

Patients can save 10% on their first order at Visbiome.com using either the assigned savings code or referral link. The discount applies to both one-time and subscription purchases.

Patients who have previously purchased Visbiome products on Visbiome.com do not qualify, even if they are using your link or code for the first time.

Which products are eligible?

The following products are currently eligible:

• Visbiome GI Care (capsules)
• Visbiome Advanced GI Care (packets)
• Visbiome Extra Strength GI Care (packets)
• Visbiome GI Care Kids (packets)

Eligible products and patient offers may change under the Program terms.

What can a margin-enabled practice earn?

An approved practice may earn 10% of the amount a patient actually pays for eligible products on each qualifying order credited to its link or code. This is calculated after discounts and does not include shipping, taxes, or fees. On an eligible first order, the patient’s 10% discount is applied before your earnings are calculated.

Can my practice earn on repeat orders?

Yes. Margin-enabled practices may earn on later qualifying orders credited to their link or code, using the same calculation described above. The patient’s 10% first-order discount does not repeat.

What is ReferralCandy?

ReferralCandy is the secure third-party platform used to provide program links and codes, display attributed program activity, and administer PayPal payments for margin-enabled practices.

How do I access my Practice Advantage Program dashboard?

Open the Practice Advantage Program dashboard link in your welcome email and request a secure sign-in link using the email address associated with your enrollment. No password is required. Once signed in, you can access your unique link and code and view available program activity; margin-enabled practices can also monitor earnings and manage eligible payout details.

How are orders attributed to my practice?

Orders are attributed when a patient completes a purchase on Visbiome.com using the practice’s referral link or patient savings code. Patients should use the assigned link or code when ordering, as browser settings, expired cookies, another discount code, or an incomplete referral path may prevent attribution. ExeGi Pharma is not responsible for missed credit caused by these issues or by a patient not completing the order through your link or code.

How do margin-enabled practices receive payments?

Payouts are generally processed monthly through ReferralCandy and PayPal and are, whenever feasible, are issued to the practice entity rather than an individual clinician. ReferralCandy initially uses the practice’s enrollment email as its PayPal payout email, so that address should be linked to an active PayPal account. The payout email can be updated through the Practice Advantage Program dashboard.

Payments will be sent through PayPal, and Anafore LLC is the payout-processing company behind ReferralCandy.

Why might an earning or payout be pending or adjusted?

Qualifying orders may remain pending during ReferralCandy’s review and monthly payout cycle. Earnings may be withheld, reversed, or adjusted for returned or canceled orders, chargebacks, payment failures, duplicate attribution, self-referrals, suspected fraud, misuse, or other nonqualifying activity. Complete payment information and any requested tax documentation must be provided before payment can be issued.

Do practices need to purchase or stock inventory?

No. The program is intended for patients to order directly from Visbiome.com.

What must margin-enabled practices disclose to patients?

Clearly explain that your practice may earn a commission through the program. Put this disclosure where patients can easily see it, next to each recommendation, purchase link, or savings code on your website, emails, handouts, and other patient messages. Your practice must also meet any additional disclosure requirements from the law, professional rules, payers, your institution, and ethical standards. Use this recommended wording:

“We may receive a commission if you purchase through our Visbiome link or code. Eligible first-time Visbiome purchasers may receive a discount on their first order. You are not required to purchase through our link or use our code, and your care will not be affected.”

Are patients required to purchase through the practice’s link or code?

No. Patients are free to choose. A patient’s care, access to services, treatment recommendations, and relationship with the practice must not depend on purchasing Visbiome through the program.

What materials and claims may practices use?

Use ExeGi Pharma-approved materials and product claims, or materials that accurately reflect approved claims. Do not add misleading or unsupported statements about results, safety, or disease treatment. Do not say or suggest that Visbiome diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents a disease or medical condition. Keep product discussions within your professional role and follow the law and your professional rules.

Can codes be shared on social media or coupon sites?

Practices may not post codes on public coupon sites or social media without approval; send spam; bid on Visbiome trademarks; imply a broader endorsement by ExeGi Pharma; manipulate attribution; or use the program for unauthorized resale. Do not suggest that ExeGi Pharma owns, employs, or endorses your practice beyond your approved program participation.

What should providers tell patients about the program?

Explain that patients can order eligible Visbiome human products directly from Visbiome.com using your practice’s link or code. Eligible first-time Visbiome purchasers may receive 10% off their first order. If your practice may earn a commission, include the disclosure above. Make clear that using your link or code is optional and will not affect their care.

What are my practice’s tax and reporting responsibilities?

Your practice is responsible for taxes, accounting, and reporting related to its earnings. Provide accurate information that ExeGi Pharma reasonably requests for tax, compliance, or reporting purposes. Some payments or program benefits may need to be reported under transparency or “sunshine” laws. If those rules apply, ExeGi Pharma and/or your practice may need to collect and report the required information.

Who should providers contact with questions?

For program support, contact the Visbiome representative who works with your practice or email marketing@exegipharma.com. Questions about the Program Terms may be directed to info@visbiome.com.
