Dairy Status

Visbiome contains trace amounts of milk

Some of the beneficial probiotic bacteria in Visbiome are cultured in a dairy-based environment before being blended with other strains to create the Visbiome formulation. While the bacteria are separated from the growth medium, trace amounts of milk may remain in the final product.

Visbiome is Lactose-Free

Processing methods eliminate lactose even though other milk components are left behind (similar to lactose-free milk). Lactose was not detectable in amounts greater than 50 parts per million (PPM).
